Of course that's possible. The space(s) within our escape rooms are larger than you think. There are also emergency stops so that the doors can open at any time. Do you still find it too scary? Then we can leave the entrance open in consultation.

An escape room is a game where the players are locked up. They have to complete assignments and solve puzzles to free themselves. The participants are given 60 minutes to do this. Puzzles can be solved by logical reasoning and good cooperation.

Every escape room has its own theme. Our rooms are exciting and challenging but certainly not scary.

Anyone can play an escape room. You don't have to have any special talents. It is a relaxing activity, where cooperation is especially important. It is not physically difficult. Please take the following restrictions into account: ​ The reactor cannot be played by people with epilepsy. We do not recommend the well for people who are less mobile. Both rooms are not wheelchair accessible.

On our booking page you will find an overview of the available dates and times per room. First choose which room you want to play and the number of people. Then you will see the availlable dates.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance by clicking on the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Then complete the form and your booking has been cancelled. Please note: your cancellation is only valid if you receive confirmation of your cancellation by email. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Of course that's possible! But then it is best to split up into smaller groups of max. 6 people. You can choose to play the same room consecutively with each group. Or you can play our 2 escape rooms simultaneously. Do you want to play both rooms at the same time? In the booking module, choose the option: "Reactor & water well simultaneously". Do you want to play the same room twice in a row? Then you can simply book 2 connecting time slots in the booking module. Then add in the comment that you form one group. We will then ensure that you can play in quick succession. The group that is not playing can have a drink or play board games in our reception.

All players must be at least 16 years old to play without adult supervision. Even if the majority of your group is 16+, an adult player must still accompany you. We do not have a minimum age with adult supervision, although we do not recommend that children under 10 play our rooms.

No, our rooms contain light and sound effects that are not suitable for babies.

You can play our rooms with min. 2 and max. 6 people. For the best gaming experience, we recommend playing our rooms with 3 - 5 people.

Although our rooms are designed for adults, we find that families have a good time. Children usually fail to solve the riddles independently. But they often have the right insights to guide their parents on the right path. We notice that children under the age of 10 are still too young to have fun in our escape rooms.

We do not have a minimum age, but the puzzles are tailored to adults. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the room by at least one adult player. It is up to you to assess whether it is feasible for your child. The same prices apply for children. Are you looking for an escape room specifically aimed at children? Then we would be happy to refer you to our colleagues, for example in Houthalen or Ospel (NL).

This is certainly possible. Provide us with your billing information and we will send you an invoice. Please note: an invoice must always be paid in advance or on the spot. It is not possible to pay an invoice at a later time.

You pay us on site. This can be done in cash, via payconiq or your bank APP. Payment cannot be made with a payment card. The APPS do not work for foreign customers. We therefore recommend that they pay in cash.
